taking different pieces from different artists and putting them all together

Hi Dave and thanks! Its been awhile since I did it. But looking at the .psd it seems to have been really simple
1st layer I used a slight global desaturation, the 2 following layers local colorbalance adjustments (skin and iris), collabsed those layers and used diffuse glow and cloned away a few bloodvessels to the left of the iris.
Finally closed the borders with innershadow (layerstyle) Thats it as far as I can tell. Might have used softlighted highpass layer to increase clarity, since I do that quite often, but it doesnt show on this particular .psd
