only a photo of the drawing. i don't have a scanner up here in healy, alaska.drew this after the finale. i loved her drunken swaggers during the episode.
azula's story in the finale was probably the saddest in my opinion. to everyone it's just, "oh she's just pure evil and deserved her end." well, as we all found out, she was just scared. her only way of happiness was to control people. and when she lost that, she lost everything and snapped. when you think about it, even though she treated them like crap, mai's and ty lee were her best friends and their betrayal was the worst thing to ever happen to her. her own friends turn on her and now she's left with nothing. wow.. i'd probably react the same way. minusing the blue fire spewing out of my mouth of course.
an absolutely beautiful finale. please do watch it if you haven't yet.

Gah, this is just made of pure win.
I couldn't help but feel bad for her during the whole thing. She pissed me off a bit, but I still couldn't help but feel terrible for her.

glad you like it. it was probably my least favourite of my recent avatar drawings.
yeah. since "the boiling rock" i've been a little pissed off at her too, but when you finally see her start to break down, that's when you start to feel bad for her. really, that whole time she was just vulnerable. =C

Agreed. You're so angry at her...but then you watch her break down and you want to hug her. (You know, if it weren't for the fact she'd kill you.)
