A heroes greatest battle is the one against himself.

One peaceful day on Outset Island, only weeks after his face-off with Gannon in Wind Waker, Link gets a strange parcel at his door, addressed from the forbidden fortress. He opens it to find a very enigmatic gift enclosed; a Kazoo, with a note that tells of its secret magical ability to control all kinds of soup throughout the land! Link naturally finds this a little odd, but he's strangely drawn to use the Kazoo anyways, and so for the following week or two he decides to make soup on every second night for all the people of Outset to enjoy. However, jealousy grows with every new batch of soup that Link is able to magically create, and Link soon starts recieving all kinds of threats from his once-friendly fellow islanders who desire to posses the Kazoo for themselves.

To avoid causing any more trouble, Link decides he must get rid of this strange Kazoo - but it was a gift! To throw away such an item would be disrespectful to whoever sent it, and Link has become quite attached to it - he couldn't bare to simply destroy it - and so he sets out on an adventure to return the Kazoo to whoever sent it from the dark fortress.

As he travels from land to land, the Jealousy of those around him just grows and grows - even those who've just met him are willing to fight him for his Kazoo - and to defend it, he's most certainly willing to fight back, even to the death.

With every day that passes, the temptation to control soup just becomes more and more overwhleming to the hero, and he soon realises that unless he is able to return it quickly, he will no longer be able to resist his urges... to control soup... :stare:
