Old. Also from my Queen of Hearts Series. Black, red, & gold theme with hearts.Edit: I will soon be doing a new version of this design. I just hate my old style of drawing and really like the design itself. And I will post some more from my Queen of Hearts Collection.

I really love the multitude of layers on this... and the neck/shoulder... I'm not sure if it has a name and if it does what it would be. Heh...

Ah, yes. I know what you're talking about. That's a nice rendition of them. 
I don't quite know what they're called either - shoulder pads?

they're called shoulder boards. there's a little piece of fabric that goes across the shoulder and buttons on the outside and the shoulder boards just slide on and you button down the piece of fabric.
