Here's my entry for the artist avatar challenge.

Dreams have always been extremely important for me. It was a world where I could escape from the harsh reality. Sometimes I was barely living in the real world, barely eating and studying, socializing just a very few times, while I just kept wandering in the realms of imagination. And my art has always been part of that process, where drawing was a way to let this personal world step into the real one, to be even more part of my own reality. That's why dreaming always had a special place when I thought of Art.

In this picture, this creature is using a stolen armor combining magic and technology that allows every artist wearing it to make its drawings come to life. The Orb connected to the head shows what the artist is imagining while the pencils on the fingers canalize the energy flowing through the cables in order to make the drawing and give it life.

The purpose of this artist is only to make her dreams - where she has decided to live forever - part of the real world. So she keep drawing with this armor, never caring about the consequences it could have on the real world, until finally her dreams will completely overtake reality. Only then will she allows herself to open her eyes again.
