Description
I got inspired by a few scenes from Disney's Atlantis, where Kida was diving with Milo and where the crystal used her. Her hair was nicely floating then. There was also Eris from Sinbad, obviously, and some Little Mermaid. And voilΓ ! Have some Eriu with floating hair.To prevent your questions, no. Normally her haid doesn't flow.

66 frames, about 5 seconds, done with Adobe Photoshop CS6, put on circle.
It's kinda rough, so don't mind transparent hair, kk?
