Hmm. I really like the style and imagery going on here, from the colour to the creative shading to the way it's presented as a sketch on an abstract background. A few things, though: the yellow on the top half of her face. Seems like you tried to shade it but... something went wrong. It's the right shape, but it should be a different colour. Another is her right (our left) eye. Seems too different from the other one. Like it's a bit too close and not tilted properly. The line of the nose's bridge is too sharp, too. Finally, and this is just personal preference, the scar on her eye. I get why it's there for her character but, aesthetically, I think she'd look better without it. Or at least if it was done slightly differently.
Anyway, good job. I dig it.

Love the look; reminds me of Carmen Sandiego. The intensity of that stare adds a lot to the character, and gives a nice bit of mystique when topped with that choice of clothing. Great stuff.
