Description Future. Latest technology are all-pervasive and accessible. People constantly sitting in their homes with computers, deprived of their private life. My work shows the moment in the life of a child who loses his "ark". This event heralds the imminent adapt to this sad world without distractions.

Nice work! You actually captured the effect I was shooting for with my "Sky Children" painting (child flying a kite against a cityscape), though I was aiming for the opposite feeling, joy and fun instead of sadness and desolation, which is what I tend to do more often. I think my children flying their kite got lost in the painting, whereas yours really snaps and hits with powerful effect.

This is really amazing! I love how futuristic and distopic you made this. The story you're trying to tell really shows in your deviation and I love how you captured the feeling of losing your childhood. I see you added this to the get daily deviations group. This deviation really is deserving of one, so I hope you get it!

I always cherish my inner child and I think it is important that I do. Yes, you have to behave like an adult in the real world, but I don't think it is healthy to completely bury and neglect your inner child. Mine usually comes out when I learn new stuff. I am very curious of nature (especially science stuff, math and physics for instance) and when I read stuff about these topics, I really feel like a child again. Exploring new things and gaining knowledge.. I usually also get a little tingly inside of exitement I absolutely love that feeling..

What do you mean loses his ark ?
is it that he/she loses the ability to imagine like a child and play, and thus is stranded in this dystopian world ?

if so, this is avery touching piece of Art, and soo sad...

Good job
