Okay, so I FINALLY fucking finished this motherfucker

and before anyone gets any ideas, my friend came up with a pretty cool headcanon that every nation has a tattoo of their flag somewhere on their bodies. She then said "I bet France would have his as a rose, and it would be on his lower back!" and I like France so I thought I could draw it, and it happened.

it didn't come out as good as I hoped and its probably a bit out of proportion buut here you go
