How about a page where she's forced to deal with her morbid obesity head on: like maybe Supes puts a giant cake on the other side of a room or somewhere and Lois struggles with all her might to get to her feet, but is too fat and gets upset she can't satisfy her gluttony? Or where she tries to run to or from something (maybe Circe's hungry big cats??), but again is too fat to get to her feet? She seems to have become immobile by now!
