Description Ion Cannon (presumably from Command and Conquer) cut from cardstock.

That one strut piece was ridiculous to cut out. Also, there's a lot of interesting kinds of cardstock in this one, and it's hard as hell to get a good picture of it (especially in a glass frame).

I can imagine that strut was a pain, I know exactly WHY it was a pain.  Love this, it's a nice obscure throwback to a game I played a LOT as a kid.

Yeah, as if it wasn't bad enough already, I had set the blade too shallow and that strut didn't quite cut properly.  Luckily that cardstock was layered and I was able to rip the top layer off (which was cut almost perfectly) and use that.

yeah the machine tends to treat curves MUCH nicer than it does sharp corners.
