Wow, what's the size of this monster? And how long did it take you to make it? I hope all the stripes didn't cause you too much grief.

This one's sitting in an 11"x14" frame. (most of my other work is 8"x10") I'd say it took roughly 20 hours to make, hard to say (was working on it for most of the day for 3 days 
I ended up cutting the stripes out as larger, ladder-shaped pieces where all the stripes are held together by extra material on the sides. Then I glued them in place and cut away the extra. That way I could get a whole set of stripes in the right place at the same time, because there was no way I was going to work with hundreds of tiny little stripes, lol.
