I finnaly drew him with paperbag! So, there is time in APL where Arthur (good) want to find love again but he always fails. Mostly becuse he is ugly and old. So when Arthur had blind date with Felix he decided to wear paperbag. He was thinking he will just lost chance of finding love again because of his look.
While meeting with Felix he wore this paperbag all the time, to the time they become a couple and Felix made Arthur realize that the look isn't important.

No I dont hate him fully the hate I hate is when he was mean to Pc thats all overall hes a pretty nice character
