Time and Materials:
-acrylics on roughly-cut canvas paper
-extremely bad brushes (but I can manage)
-sketch and painting time equaled 6 hours on-and-off for 2 days

Wow that turned out lovely, beautiful colors and the bird's pose is unique.
That's cool to hear that you finger painted the background, fingers can be wonderful drawing/painting tools. My hands almost always get messy when I work. ^w^ I look forward to seeing the rest of this project.

I end up finger painting a lot; but I kind of like it... I feel more in control of what I'm painting.
