Also, if you're not on anything that restricts you from having extra Zinc or Vitamin C (and provided you have it where you live), try Halls Defense Drops (the Harvest Cherry flavored ones are the type you wanna go for). They're not cough suppressants; they're nutritional supplements. The Vitamin C, Ecanaccia (spelling fail?), and Zinc help bolster your immune system. My mom hands 'em out psychotically during cold and flu season, whether the recipients are family members or not. XD
