There was a boyA very strange enchanted boy
They say he wandered very far, very far

A little shy and sad of eye

Hehe, yeah the wings would look a bit overkill on the average angel. However, chaos is a seraphim (divine beings that were actually preconceived by Christianity), and the official game art of him confirms this:
