Must be Special Summon by the effect of "Circle Module N Magnet Switch" or "Square Module S Magnet Switch" and cannot be Special Summoned any other way. Monster destroyed by card are banish face-down. When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect; Special Summon "Kamen Rider Fourze - Base States" from your deck, hand, or GY and equip all equipped card that were equipped to this card.
