I guess then him must have a very strong hatred towards witches, and maybe to the psykers, because 6000 astartes but no one librarian?

There fluff was changed that they love sactioned pykers like astropaths and navigators. They would welcome librarians if they manifested gifts seeing it as a gift from the emperah. Esentially they were toned down a bit on the psyker hate in later editions.

 I'd say that sounds more like the Imperial Fists than the Black Templars - quite frankly their unwavering, nigh rabid devotion to hating EVERYTHING vaguely witch-ish is what makes the Heirs of Sigismund what they are! (along with their indomitable maverick tendencies and the Spirit of the Eternal Crusade). 

 On a more practical note, one expects that the diverse and widely-scattered Crusades of the Chapter might well show highly individual variations on the non-core beliefs of their "Regiment" (with some leaning more towards the pragmatic, others more towards the zealot).
