So I heard from DRWolf001 that Discord might be Grogar's creation. That would make a very interesting origin of both these characters. Looking for to see these characters interact!Since Grogar created monsters to roam free all over Equestria, I wondered how he would react to see Discord(potentially his greatest creation) helping the Mane 6. Not happily, definitely.

You do have to ask how Discord managed to disguise himself as Grogar. They don't share the same body shape, so there has to be some magic involved in the transformation.
But regardless of why he did it, it seems clear that Discord faked changing his ways if he was willing to disguise himself as the greatest evil to have ever lived.

The really disappointing thing was that Grogar all this time was Discord in disguise, and that idea of ββforming a league of evil with the remaining villains was only to prepare Twilight for his big day but it went wrong.
He could have been the perfect villain for the final battle, not only did he have a lot of potential for being the creator of many monsters that surely faced them and also being the first ruler of Equestria who claimed his throne just when Twilight was going to have it , also because I understand that Grogar appeared in the first generation of MLP in the 80s, I am not sure if he was the first villain of all or the greatest villain, but many who followed the franchise for years had long been waiting for him reuse to see how important it would be to appear in the franchise long before the world phenomenon became that later became.
You can put a lot of villains to a franchise but there will always be a prominent one, saying that Grogar wasn't going to be the final villain or even that it was real, it would be like taking Mojo Jojo out of The Power Puff Girls, Megatron of Transformers, or that in Rise of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have forgotten Shredder, the Krang and other iconic villains of the franchise.
I hope that when fans make their fan fiction based on the epilogue, if they put the real Grogar to good use.

Real Grogar is escape because he already know Discord find his secret place? so maybe he will back in the season 10 as final villain because Grogar is smart strategies, remember and also he already know what will happen next if he is stay in there.

Why the "Daddy Grogar" wasn't truft? is more interesting and actually we will know the origin of Discord, but no! BE IMPREDICTIBLE FOR NO REASON!Β
The only thing that would generate conflict about Grogar being the father of Discord is Princess Eris (IDW's Nightmare Knights #1-5), because of her blood relationship with Discord, unless she is the creation of Grogar's brother or another creation of him but that due to several factors such as shame and envy, She better says she is Discord's cousin.
