Bio:

A being so old that she does not even know her true origins.
She is is much older than the dinosaurs, possibly older than Earth itself.

At some point in time she decided to take up residence on Earth and watch over life, going so far as to self-appoint herself as Goddess of Nature to the world in secret.
As no advanced life had yet evolved upon the planet to socialize with, she turned her gaze to peculiar lunar phenomenon. Ethereal glows cascading amongst the moonlight would occasionally surface and show vague signs of intelligence. Due to numerous communication barriers, it took her several millennia to make a breakthrough and finally converse with them, ultimate being accepted amongst what she now refers to as the Moon Sprites.

As humanity began to come into being, she felt if she had any chance of intermingling amongst them, she needed a human form.
Somehow, she managed to created a human form she can assume at anytime that ages and even resets at regular intervals, typically forcing her into decade-long droughts away from others as it ages out of infancy.
Despite how flawless her avatar may seem, she is incapable of transforming her eyes, and will hide them any way possible, going so far as to live several lifetimes claiming to be blind.

At some point she had befriended the woman ultimately to be known as Page Lanavare, and was shocked to see her again in another one of her 'lifetimes'. Her need for companionship let her to cautious reapproach her, but she was too afraid to let on that she was the person she knew. Subsequent lifetimes between the two found themselves introducing themselves to each-other all over again in a increasingly more relaxed manner. Deep-down, both of them realize the other is fully aware that its the same person they keep running into, but neither of them seem intent of shattering that facade, even when they recount old times and accidentally bring up events for lifetimes ago without realizing. Lanavare has seen her true form but once, but it was from a distance and neither spoke, leaving Ashonile to believe her true identity is still intact as a secret.

Due to these countless lifetimes she has lived, she has accumulated a number of seemingly random skills and talents, on top of exploring countless potential interests.
From all this time spent, she decided to create a sort of persona for herself, should contact occur in her true form.
Dressing in old Eastern-inspired clothing and speaking in Old-English, Ashonile attempts to assume the air one would expect from a deity.

While a self-appointed Nature Goddess, Ashonile's dominion she overlooks is much greater in scope than one may realize.
Her ultimate truth is that she is in-fact a Goddess of Natural Order.

- Despite appearances, she adores rock and metal music genre's.
- She know how to play a mean guitar, even in her true form.
- She gets agitated when someone calls her a bunny, so much so that she may argue with an infant about this (should such a thing occur).
- In her true form, she very rarely smiles, and usually only does so when she converses with the Moon Sprites or thinking of Page Lanavare.
- Most of her time in spent in her human avatar as of late.

Trivia:

- She is the only known anthro in the main universe of Phantasmagoria Reverie.
- Nile was concepted in 2008 as character purely intended as a lore character. in Early 2016, 'Ashonile' was born as a way to explain her long-term friendship Lanavare, which subsequently exploded her importance to the primary universe overall.
- Ashonile is not based on any one animal, but is often referred to as either as a bunny or a cat by those unfamiliar (so much so I made a joke about it in-universe).
- Her primary creative direction was "Quasi-Japanese Animal God".
- While concepting her visually, I asked two people for mock-ups based on my creative influences, and made one too perfect as a mock-up that it wound up being adopted as her official design.
