First let's call the main dimension "A" and the other one "B".
I can see why TVnGames hate this, is likely that the sombra in A is good now, as the one in B has turned into evil.
But, i think there's a chance that we actually have two evil sombras, as the one from B got his evil powers from the royal sisters from that dimension, and as we can see, we have two pair of sisters in the good side, since, the ones from A didn't turned into evil after the whole thing. And that's why i think we have two evil sombras now, as we have two pair of good sisters at the end of issue 20.
Sorry if you guys didn't get a thing about what i just said, i don't know if can explain this better in my own language at all. I did my best to make it understandable.

i'm felling like a fool right now... i kinda hate saying but, my theory was kinda right until issuesΒ 34 to 37... in the end of theΒ Siege of the Crystal Empire arc we can seeΒ good sombra running in A aside with his best childhood friendΒ
As i said in this postΒ Sombra Sketchdump , i read only the sombra related parts of the comic and had no clue about the siege arc...

Soon or later IDW will have to make a comic like this, only backwards. I mean, now the prime Sombra is good and the AU Sombra is bad, it would be perfect. The AU Sombra will think that Celestia replace him or that the prime Sombra stole her from him.Β
