Rainbow Dash finds a weird rubber hood... it seems to be glowing...

She looks over its rubber crumpled surface, feeling weird holding it, she feels a tingle as she drops it to the ground, but its too late!

The rubberizing radiation from the hazmat spreads across her body, converting her blue pegasus body into a tight shiny thick yellow rubber, chunky hoof-boots grew from her legs as everything grew tighter. Rainbow's eyes hardened as they expanded into glossy lenses, her mouth growing gummy as it fused shut, sealing over into a smooth blank hood.

Creaking and moaning her female body was converted into a horny rubber stallion, a bulge growing between his legs as the radiation spreads, converting dash into an obedient rubber drone, spreading the infection to whoever came across it.
