Description

I have always admired larienne 's series "Eye Tales" and have found many of them incredibly relatable, so this is my attempt at one of my own ^^

This piece was also inspired by Lady Gaga's song "Perfect Illusion". The lyrics strongly resonate with my own experiences (especially within the past month), and the emotion with which she sings it has always struck me. Thus, I wanted to create a visual representation of the progression of emotions I (and perhaps others?) have felt upon discovering that "It wasn't love...it was a perfect illusion".

Finally, to clear away any potential confusion, I want to clarify that the eyes progress in columns, not rows ^^'
