Take that, Harley Quinn!Yep. That's X-23. Or my version of her anyway. I like the codename Talon as well but I guess I'm more used to the first. Heh. If someone should be thanked it would be Kyle and Yost who were so cool to create her for X-Men Evo. I simply adore the 6 part book drawn by genius Billy Tan! Mike Choi's doing a pretty good job too, although Tan's my fave!
I couldn't stand it anymore. The pencil work was just standing on my desk, waiting to be inked and I wanted to wait until I got better inking pens but heck, patience is indeed a vitue, one I don't possess in reasonable quantities that is.
Love her. Really do. Wolvie's "clone". I don't quite agree with the clone thing. She's part clone if you ask me. She's got a mother who bore her in her womb, thus contribuing to her DNA. That's why she's got green eyes instead of blue, like our guy. Oh well... now it's just Emma Frost calling her clone non-stop.

Well done! I love her too. <3 I loved all the comics she starred in, and everything.
But it hurts me to see so many people hate on her because of she's a ''clone'', or when they say that she doesn't deserve the fame she got over the years. Laura is a fantastic character, full of originality and complexity, and she deserved every bit of fame she got.

I'm such a huge X-23 fan! She does have a mother indeed. She's only half Wolverine. He's more like a father. She is the extreme mutant experiment. I love her so much!

Well..... I always though Harley Quinn was pretty innocent. She had been brainwashed and all by Joker. I'm not sure what it has to do with X23..... GREAT now you have me thinking about it!

Nice job. Good inking; from what I've seen you've gotten better already.
One thing though, that left arm of hers.....looks a bit awkward, as if it isn't attached and it comes outta nowhere? Maybe because it's the angle of the pose.

yes, it always happens to me. if I don't like the art, no matter what the story is, I don't read it. exception - new x-men #30 or 29... can't remember exactly. I bore through it... hardly. every page was murder.

heh... I remember Star Wars comix- Boba Fett hunting for Baar Koda (or something like that)... I have deadline in school and I had to read it (I was writing about movies that find their way into comix and vice versa- about comix that find their way to silvwer screen... like star wars into comix, and batman into Burtons movie)... it was a nightmare ^^.

yeah, really... if there is something I don't like in comix- it's when good lines are screwed by "great" colourist (who is popular, but You have no idea why)... like You know- surrealizm is a good thing when You know how to use it :/

yeah, I getcha on that... but the lines on that one were... ugh... really... they're not that bad when you look at them as a single issue but compaired to the stuff Mark Brooks or Paco Medina pulled they were... ugh... can't seem to find the perfect word... lol

the drawnings are by Cam Kennedy, but I don't know who was colourist (heh... and we talking bout comix when in my country people can't even properly realase it :/)- they didn't write it inside

i couldnt tell you what the title is about but i can tell you that this is great! the anatomy is really good! the only thing i would point out is the hands or/and maybe the claws, i think they look to small in comparison to the rest of the body. but this is still an amazing piece.
