Her name is Erinaja. She is a blood elf from Warcraft universe. The place in this pic is Eversong woods.
The details in this pic almost killed me, especially the character's outfit. lol
However, I quite satisfy the outcome.
All texture I used is from cgtexture .

The level of detail in the background, the armor, and the pet are just fantastic, Redpear. Did you use lineart for the leaves or did you just paint them in?
