lol hey admin from get gud here. This is a pretty cute drawing but here are some feedback to help u improve. 
1. remember there is never a sharp point for clothing, so remember to add in a fold in her right arm and curve the line a bit.
2. The body is not balance to fix that in future drawing, it is better u draw a line from the middle to help u balance it out ^^ 
3. for the unifor, t s good that u add in a bit of shading, but again not enough fold XD so try to add some in your next drawing (gonna do a tutorial on that soon don't worry.)
4. Lastly keep tring out different head style until u found one that u like ^^ there is a few tutorial on that in the how to draw folder feel free to check it out ^W^

Haha, reminds me of power puff girls XD I love the annoyed look on her face. 
You did a great job shading the collar and tie, maybe you can do it with the shirt too (i know white is one of the hardest colors to shade on clothes)

Looks good! All you really need to work on is making sure the shoulders are symmetrical in length and making sure the shirt isn't so attached to the body (give it a raise at the shoulders to show separation) as well as a little more shading around the scarf thing and a couple extra folds here and there. No one can keep their clothes that neat lol Aside from that, I love the expression on her face and the hair looks very nice. I love the hair too. I find neat hair rather hard for some reason. Keep going! Looking good!
