Description
Raine, the water dragon.Another picture of a dragon in a new style I'm experimenting with.
This one was drawn on Colours! 3D on my Nintendo 3DS when I was on the train. The finishing touches were done in Photoshop once I got home and uploaded it onto the computer.
Critques for improvement are welcome.

Nice work, good choise of colors too, the blue shadows and the light green highlights go rather well together and make the dragon look natural. That drew my attention right away. Where I think you can improve this piece a bit is with the rain effect. Take a look at this: [link] I used it as well to make my rain look...well, rainy.
