This one is very unusual, indeed. The three razor blades = the 3 back pains, I presume?

This one's a little hard to see because the razor blades aren't in anything that looks like a back, and it's hard to tell what part of the body is what. But, I'm sure you intended it that way. Pain distortion?

nothing particularly difficult to understand ... there is a suffering figureΒ with 3 small and thin pains over their shoulders .... can be anything, people, work, things, disease, anguish ... everyone knows his own!
I liked the simbol of the blades in the wood. They are small but terribly tear if you do not know to take them inΒ the right way.
You know someone like that? Surely ...yes !!
