good not to have her centered but to the right with the light comming from there it makes the picture more actractive. as well as she uses her arm to break the white wall field makes it better.
good choice on keeping it black/white

I think this is a brilliant photo!
I really like the black and white contrast and how that portrays the atmosphere and mood even more, in a way. The contrast makes it feel more serious and down-to-earth, concept wise. I also think the composition of the lighting is pretty balanced, too, and I think the slight vignette helps in that.
Interesting stance, as well. I like the framing and the setting of the place. I do feel that there could be more contrast, though... or rather, make the main subject matter stand out a bit more. The focusing could have been improved as well, as it feels a bit blurry.
Other than that, lovely stuff.
