1969 Corvette StingrayProbably the most beautiful car ever made.
Time: around 6 hours
Medium: mostly 6B and 2H graphite pencils
I hope you enjoy it, it was great fun to draw.

It is not possible for me to pick my favorite of the Stingrays, but this year was a great one.
Great composition, you really pushed the lines while holding them true, and the stance is spot on. You have also shown the contours very well with all of those value changes. And the reflections are a nice kicker to it. You show great control in your execution. Excellent piece of work on this!

that is a gorgeous car. before i read your artist comment i wasn't sure what year it was. (i thought it was a '72) is it yours? and what does it say on the side where it normally says stingray? man i wish i had one of those cars. awesome work!

also are those racing slicks on it or did you just not draw the treads? its even got a t-top which makes the vette even cooler. the only thing that stinks about vettes is that they are fiberglass so they cant run into anything or they are totaled. but at least its a bumper car!

this haw been here for a while now, and its still the best car drawing I ever seen! just look on the painting and you can see the reflection of trees and landscape, this is a butiful work of art! and a corvete is a beutiful car, and you were the perfect person to do this, this car dont deserves no porer then this, and you cant get it any better then this eather... beutiful work m8!
