Description
This fella loves his bird pet, he never goes anywhere without it! Dragon is sculpted with polymer clay, no molds were used. Birdie is an antique bronze charm, non-movable,in a safe dragons grip.I detailed the dragon on one side, the back side has some scales and a hand but no wing details. I enjoyed working on this one so much, even though it's shape gave me quite some trouble.

I used metallic powder pigments but you can use shimmery eyeshadows to create such effect too, just make sure to glaze it well for protection!
No special tools, this one was made just with toothpics and a needle.

Thanks! I will keep this in mind. I definitely coat/glaze everything. I make jewelry and stuff with clay too, but so far nothing so detailed. It always amazes me to see such well done work and then I start wondering....how!? lol
