I didn't even realize that Well, fortunately they are on the shadowed side of the mountain, where shadows of characters tend to be softer, fainter and blurrier, so some amount of soft-shadow would still be good, but its absence isn't as critical as it would be if they were on the sunny side where shadows are darker and more defined

I don't see them being that similar personally, just because they have snowy mountains and a planet in the sky? but the biggest difference I see is that i painted this by hand in Photoshop. Actually i had this image [link] as my reference, but as you can see i changed it drastically

haha I simply typed snow and planet into the search function and dA gave me the most popular results. To be honest I could have found many more, but it doesn't make a difference because some people just don't get it either way.

Sorry I didn't say anything about your original work btw, this situation just upset me, I had to intervene.
I like it, it definitely proves the progress you're making with your speedpaintings. I probably couldn't have done that in one hour and a half.
The old one is decent too.

I'd like to, but i don't think i have enough time right now, I'm working a lot right now, and I am trying to finish two other collabs with people already, and then I've agreed to do three more collabs after that .... maybe sometime in the future? because, like i said, i want to, but I'm crazy busy these days

Dude, i just started another job, I'm feel like I'm going to be busy for the rest of my life this last week has been insane! it's probably not going to get any easier until a few weeks later, when my boss goes on vacation. I can't say for certain when i will have time, but I'll let you know ok .... even if it takes us a long time, you're officially on my "List" so i won't forget
