You stood there glaring at your boyfriend, You were a mess from cooking dinner. He was playing that Black OPS on his Xbox 360. He has completely zoned out. He hasn't spent a single minute with you. That's all he played for 3 weeks straight. Minus the eating, short naps, potty breaks and quick showering.

You sigh giving a fake smile "Alfie come to dinner please." you offered with optimism.

He paused his game and stared at you in a zombified state. "Eh? Oh... Just bring the grub here babe!" He grinned. You frowned "No, come to the table to eat" You pouted.

"Aw come on _______! I'm on round 45!" He whined.

You couldn't take it anymore. "Alfred! Table! Now! Stop being a jerk!"You demanded. He just flinched. You stomped toward the Xbox 360 turning it off. Earning a certain yelp from Alfred. "Dude! Not cool!" He shrieked.

You didn't care at this point. You were fuming with anger. "You've been playing that game endlessly! I like video games too but this is just.... UGH!" you yell holding you head. Alfred went to touch your shoulder "_-______ I'm -". You jerk away glaring at him "I'm going to bed.." You trailed turning to the stairs. He followed shortly behind. You ran up the stairs. Darting to your bedroom, shutting the door. Before he could manage to follow you further. Fast footsteps darted your way. Stopping in front of the door. You locked the door beginning to sniffle.

"G-Go away Alfred..." you sniffled.

"But _______-!" He began "GO!" you bellowed. He stood there in pain. He didn't want to hurt you like this. What kind of hero was he is his girl wasn't happy? He left the door accepting you didn't want to see him.

As soon as he left, you flung yourself on the bed crying.

You weren't crying just because Alfred wouldn't pay attention to you, but you were also crying because you slashed out at Alfred for over something so trivial. Not before you felt yourself cry to sleep. Hoping maybe you can patch things up with Alfie once you got up.

Hours later you awoken from your slumber. You rubbed your tear stained face. Brushing away matted (length/color) hair that stuck to your face from crying. You swung yourself out out from the cover knowing you had to make with Alfred.

In know hurry you slammed the bedroom door open. Bolting to the stairs. You wanted to see Alfred. Make it up to him. Apologizing the way you lashed out.

Without a single blink or breath you mis-stepped going down. Your mind raced. Your were falling down the steps. Your arms trying you grab the rail in instinct to prevent serious injuries. Your grip failed as you continued stumbling down.

You finally hit the wooden floor face first. "_______!" A familiar voice shrieked in horror. Footsteps made it to your way. You tried lifting yourself up in agony. "Al-Alfred..." you coughed as blood spewed out. "_______!! Don't move!" He pleaded. "Your hero is here!" He added swiftly picking you up without hesitation. Your mind starting to slip into the unconscious. You gave one last look at your hero before you knocked out.

Your (color) eyes open to a blinding white room. You grumble from the sight. "________!" A familiar voice chimed. The person rushed to your side. kissing your face off. "I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry! I'm Sorry" The person kept repeating. You focused your vision to a sandy blonde haired male "Alfred?" You mumbled weakly.

He nod rapidly "Yes _______ , I'm here" he said getting teary eyes pulling you into a tight apologetic hug. Your body pained all over. You groan managing to hug back. He let go as soon as he heard the painful noises. You slowly look at yourself. You were bruised everywhere.

"A-Alfred... I'm sorry..." You sniffled.

He sat up in surprise "Dude! Don't be sorry! Your the one hurt!" he spazzed out. You giggle weakly from his goofy actions, but quickly turn to sadness. "If it wasn't for me lashing out at you for playing that game. This wouldn't of happened" You frowned. He sigh pulling you into a hug again "It's fine, I shouldn't off taken you for granted. Then mindlessly playing that game" He said snuggling his face into the gap of your neck.

You smile at the words. You pull him away a kiss him gently.

"Let's agree we're both sorry and move on.. Just be happy to have each other." You grinned

He nodded in agreement giving a loving smile. You reach out once more kissing his cheek and hugged him tenderly. "Thank you for saving me hero"

"Haha anything to keep my girl safe" He chuckled.
