Instead of giving explicit feedback, I'm going to elaborate on the reaction. This will allow you to determine what works the way you intended and what needs to be changed by describing two types of reactions:
Formal Reaction and Informal Reaction. The difference is the time spent viewing the piece. Formal is a few seconds, informal a few minutes.
Formal Reaction: There wasn't a lot that needed to be changed, technically. Interpretation wise, I definitely picked up on a sense of urgency especially from the more physical and sharper details. At the same time the hue and depth of shadows disagrees eliciting a state of calmness as if the photo was taken in a dream or in the middle of a flash back.
Informal Reaction: The sense of urgency was still there but had changed. The intensity of the physical details like the eyes and facial features expressed excruciating dullness. A few moments later, it was gone. I looked at the picture and thought, "I don't know, I don't know." Everything felt disconnected. I couldn't read the facial expression or tell if the hue was more of one color or the absence of it. The right words would come and go away. I actually started to feel a bit anxious. And for once, the title started to make sense.

Its a prertty scary photo. Hopefully it wasn't inspired by anything that's perpetual or recent in your life. I hope it was useful as far as helping you develop and not giving youre ego a hand job
