To tell the truth, I'm not a Korrasami fan and I do prefer Korra and Mako, but I do like the dynamic and close bond (as in friendship) between the two and you can look at it that way too in this pic. Well done and best of luck with your art.

Thank you so much! I really enjoyed their bond as well. One of the things I loved about them is that it never really needed to be said that they really care about one another because their closeness was evident in how they were with each other. I think that's one of the reasons I love their relationship as a whole, because it isn't too over the top.

Exactly, and I admire that. Thank you for not making one of those "HAA! In your face, they're lesbian lovers and it's cool!" Korrasami pics a lot of their fans are obsessed over. In this, I like how you can interpret it on your own, because growing up I've seen lots of women friends who over hug and kiss each other in greeting like that, especially after not seeing each other for a long time. In these times, people are often afraid to speak their own minds on certain subjects, especially homosexuality because if they do, they are immediately labeled as "homophobic" and bad. That's not true. I used to be such a big fan of the Avatar franchise and loved the stories, but not so much anymore. Not because of the ending, but because of what it did to the fandom and the arrogance of the creators with their reasoning behind it. I've read their posts. But anyway, thank you for your open-mindedness and this open-ended pic, you show true talent and respect for the fans that are left.
