-A group of shuttles arrive at the location of cerberus strike force. Fleet is consists of three frigates and one heavy dreadnought.-Starships modeled by myself, Β shuttle models imported from mass effect game files.
-Planet made by myself, background nebula and galactic belt from nasa.
-Scene rendered in 3ds max 2011. Β Postwork on photoshop.

Only three frigates as escort?
I suppose its odd to think of a dreadnought as needing protection, but as the enemy admiral I would be wanting to attack the thing right now instead of later when it might be flying with a hundred other ships
The picture itself looks shiny certainly, but I am more interested in the frigates...

Yes, larger ships are vulnerable if they are not protected well enough.
But in this case, this dreadnought is on a trial mission. More frigates and one or two cruisers will be assigned to the group when it's ready.
