We found the Deadmates' engineer!

His name is Shells. It was given to him because of the pistol shells that are constantly pouring from him.
Shells is a deadmate with an interesting Talent mechanic. Shells is leaking shells for a reason - for the Machine, he is, in fact, constantly shooting, and each shot is registered as fired, but in the actuality they "accumulate" in him for the time being. And when he decides to attack anyone, all the damage from all the accumulated individual shots is summed up and hits the target simultaneously. This is a powerful attack that causes inevitable instant death on impact. "The total bullet" has a damage limit - after a certain number of cycles, the counter stops, as well as the puddle of shells stops growing (although the leaking doesn't stop). But the maximum damage is so great that it doesn't matter how much deadly it is, since it's way beyond anyone's HP capacity anyway.
On the other hand, although his charge accumulates rather quickly, it is still not instantaneous. And immediately after the shot, some time has to pass before he again becomes able to down anyone.
Shells can shoot even a stick. He can shoot a bullet from a grenade launcher, a flamethrower, a medigun, anything that is a weapon. He can fire a bullet from a bow. He can fire from an arrow too - again, a bullet. The main condition is that he should have at least some kind of weapon in his hands.
