Tokubetsu Program is a closed species, originally made by me.
This species name is still not final; I might change my mind on the name in the future.

= What are Tokubetsu Program? =
Tokubetsu program (also referred to as 'TP') means "Special Programme". These are fighter programme that help to fight the virus in your computer [referred to as cyber world]. They are actually a programme
They both are hacking model/type!! >w< First two hacking model that have been made,their TYPE info is still tba, but the basic are they are the type specialize on hacking data. The normal TP could hack too but these type did it more faster,efficient because they build for the task.
