Bio: Growing up in a well-privileged home, Tarou was born into a rather steady family. An only child, Tarou often liked to cling to his mother, as his father was also in the CCG and out often. Despite his life-long calm and reserved nature, he surprised his mother as a child when he took an interest in beauty. As he grew, he often took part in clubs after his schooling and had a wide range of friends. While he was somewhat popular in school, he'd gone through a period of doubt due to his interests, however it was grown out of. In an attempt to balance his interests, eventually he followed his father's footsteps in the CCG. After strenuous training and practice, he graduated the academy and is now a third rank investigator.
In his time off as a CCG, he practices fashionable interests from his beauty school training, and often can be found studying or socializing when not on the job. He frequents Anteiku for it's coffee, and enjoys the social life there. If you see him at the park, you can see him with Boba (or Booboo, as he calls him), his Pomeranian.

They get along well and Tarou enjoys taking care of Aika, spending a lot of his free time commuting from Toshima to Nerima to visit her. He noticed she calls Boba their baby.
