i've wanted to make these for a long time now
we're having an art club bake sale tomorrow, hopefully people will like them haha

instructions
1. make normal cupcakes. mine are vanilla.
2. cut a one inch slit in the bottom part of the cupcake (this is where the cookie goes).
3. snap a chips ahoy cookie in half, and put it in the slit.
4. use a icing dispenser with a star tip, put little blue stars all over the top of the cupcake.
5. for the eyes, i used vanilla frosting. make little balls and put them where his eyes are.
6. put a chocolate chip on each eye, making the pupil. i tryed to make him a little bit cockeyed haha >.<

this isnt exactly an original idea, i got the idea from one of my flickr friends
