Here is my take on the drawing:
First of all, I loved the way you executed your smooth shading technique like you did in all of your work. I have seen them - You did an excellent job!
A couple of problems I have with this drawing though is that the white spots are a bit random such as the ones on the jeans and snowman's body. I am not sure if they represent the lights or falling snowflakes, but that was my issue on it. Also, I think the shading of the coat worn by the girl on the very right is kinda iffy to me. While I thought your light source was well defined on the very left, I do not really see it on the right. I realize that you were suggesting the coat is a light color. I just thought it was a little random to me.
I hope I am of some help because I am not exactly good at critiquing - I am not trying to offend you or anything, I just wanted to address a few things that I thought you had issues with.
