I really like this, it's a simple design but it looks fantastic, I'm new to digital art and could you tell me how you get your lines so smooth?

Yeah, sure. Though I don't really know which would be useful and which would not so this is probably going to be long... x'D
Well, so, I use the Ink Pen tool on paint tool SAI because I think it's easy to get neat lines with it. Then, I just try to draw quite long lines instead of many short ones to avoid making it look sketchy. Also, I recommend taking a little thicker pen size but putting the min size as small as possible because too small pen size can also make it look sketchy and that way it's easy to "put some life in the lines", aka. make them thinker at some parts and thinner at some parts. Sometimes I use the "stabilizer" (I don't know which program you use but at least SAI has it). The bigger the stabilizer number is, the cleaner the lines automatically are. Another trick to making the lines smooth is taking a pretty big canvas, which you can change smaller afterwards. On a small canvas the lines are often a little pixelated.
That's pretty much all I can think of in a small package. I hope there's something helpful there. ^^'

When a new anime season start, I always try to watch as much as possible, just to see which anime I like or not, then I stop watching those anime I´m not interested in, because I want to know about all the new anime even if they aren´t popular :3 And it´s a pity that Ace of Diamond is not a popular anime because I think is one of the best this season, I´m always waiting for the new episode xD
