Description
What makes a superhero?
It’s more than just having powers or skills beyond the capabilities of most people and more than having a morale compass that makes you want to help.
For most, it comes from having someone they look up to, someone willing to do the hard thing, the right thing, regardless of personal safety.
It could be a parent or both parents, other family members. Perhaps they were a sidekick of an established hero and carrying on the legacy.
Legacy is the key. How you were raised, how you were taught.
Would Superman be Superman without the Kents? Would Batman exist without his fixation on his parents and justice? Would Spider-Man exist without the things Uncle Ben tried to teach him?
Powers might set you apart, but it’s legacy that makes you a hero.
