Description
This is an Oriental Moon dragon that I airbrushed like a silver and gold koi. She is chomping on a hematite globe that resembles a black pearl.She has metallic graphite colored glass eyes and gold plated peweter horns, This dragon is about10 inches long.There are more dragons at the Windstone website: [link]

Thanks for the links! I've been exploring your store and I've gotta say I have a very very weak spot for the combination of koi colours on oriental dragons. I will have to save up to get one though (I'm a poor university student), but I have no complaints - they're all such masterpieces and are worth every single dollar!

I look into the eye of a young Dragoness, whose gold and silver armor more than eyes my heart impress, her eye of silver aqua, a gem quite rare indeed, a piece that forever I will treasure is this Moon Dragon made by thee.

No. I do the original sculpture. An assistant sanded and polished the scales. We have a crew that molds and casts the reproductions, and production painters that finish most of the pieces that are sold in our online store: [link]

This dragon is fantastic. To see this and read that you are the creator of such, be it design and/or design + actual crafting, is amazing. Is that the moon she's carrying, in regards to the art/myth? The eyes just really steals the attention due to it housing an iris, too. Great work, all in all. I love it.

She has a hematite globe which represents the moon. She has a mate , the Sun dragon, who carries a globe that represents the sun. Cosmology was so much simpler when dragons were involved.
