Yes! after such a long wait, I finished it! Hooray!

The description given to me by the commissioner is very flexible, so I used that opportunity and do thing with a bit of drama..

So I drew the mermaid with scales covering up to her breast (as instructed) while looking at the surface water, as if she wanted to go outside.

So that's that.
