Statesville has dozens of them[its a very old little town] But as I said, there was an earthquake in the late 1800's and many were destroyed. I just love old historic places. You wonder about the people who have been in them and the things that have happened there.

Yeah. Sometimes, I can sense great loss in houses... but ussually I have to be inside them or really close. But then again, I may just think that the people who lived there might've had a loss... Never know if it's true or not. :/
