I can't believe it...she's too beautiful, I love the hair, how you shading, the background, the pose, her outfit...well I love all of her! 
In particular I'm enchanted by the outfit, which is so beautiful that I think I'll use in my comic! waah her eyes are so sweet =w= :
she's also very-very detailed, you did the nail-polish too
the background is so classy, I totally love it!

Wow, it looks very pretty! I love the clothes you gave her, they fit really well. Only thing is that her arms are a bit too short, but overall, I like the drawing a lot. <3

She's very cute~ you have some great colouring/shading
though i think you should give more definition to the shading of the hair. Hair is made of separate strands, so it's hard to have it shaded as if it were a whole solid object, ya know?
also i think her arms are a bit too short, Normal arms usually end, well, the end of the hand is usually on the thigh between the knee and hips. so keep that in mind and keep up the good work~

Thank you a lot for your advices ! Actually I noticed my mistake aroud her arms, but too late, I lined it. About hair, I totally agree with you, thought doinh some separate strands with a mouse is a little bit difficult to me (I tried to do it, but it's too shaking.) Though, I buy recently a graphic tablet, so I'll do my best for my mistakes.
