On the one hand, I love your style and the execution of this image is great. Your line work is good, coloring is good, I love the effects on the leather, the character's anatomy is all very cartoonishly correct...
On the other hand... this doesn't look a single thing like a Bosmer. Bosmer are short, more compactly built, darker skinned, and the males are supposed to be ugly and often have animal-like features such as jet black eyes or satyr-like horns. This character looks very.... "Disney hero with pointy ears." The Bosmer are an often surreal race of weird-looking tribal treehugging warriors. This guy looks like a companion of that elf from the webcomic "Looking For Group."
I guess I would believe he could be a Bosmer from Morrowind or even more so from Oblivion, but it still seems not to fit much with the overall concept of the race.

Yeah I pop in Oblivion from time to time. A good game, but it's never really grabbed me the way Morrowind did.
