It's done !!!"Child of Dreams" (translated title)
I wanted to give the picture a "non quite finished painting look" (cause I like it ^_^ and I'm not so much fan of the photo-realistic things) and I'm quite pleased with it, hope you'll like it too !
maybel, I'll do a little series of 3 or 5 pics of "Child of Dreams", it's an interesting subject (and the little child tells me a lot of nice stories ^^)

J'ai voulu un aspect de "peinture non finie" car j'aime bien ce genre de style et que je suis pas fane du genre "j'fais une peinture, mais elle doit avoir l'air trop d'une photo et c'est trop cool" (même si j'admire pas mal d'artiste qui font ce genre de travail ^_^).
En tout cas j'aime bien ce petit dessin, et j'espère qu'il vous plaira aussi !
Peut-être que je vais faire une petite série de 3 ou 5 images sur l'enfant des rêves. Le petit me raconte pleines d'histoires, c'est fascinant !

You may want to use a finer brush to avoid the blurry effect you made in this piece. The eye is caught/focused on the flower, it is beautiful and its shape works well with the image, but it seems like you could've been able to make it more eye catchy. A nice bright color may have made your flower look more awesome and bring it out more.
overall , I think the drawing looks awesome!

This is a very gentle and intriguing picture, and what you've done with it is superb. It's got a great atmosphere to it, like it actually is a dream made real. The fact alone that you've accomplished this quality to the picture is proof enough of your skills, but despite that, I feel there could still be a bit more work done to perfect it. 
You've got a great picture here with a great idea, but you've still got to hone your skills a little bit

Haha, I know for the references, I've drawn that pic without because I was sick an tired of using every time references for every tiny little thing. Just wanted to draw what pops into my head without thinking too much for once

Lovely work, I really like the fantastical, rather surreal feel of the painting. The painterly effect is nice (I agree that super photorealistic paintings can sometimes be a turn-off; it's nice to see brushstrokes or some other form of the artist's touch).
I agree with the last commenter; the glowing flower rather dominates the image, and adding in stronger highlights elsewhere in the image would balance things out. I think you could even increase the brightness of some of the highlights here and there. Right now the contrast level is a little low, and increasing the brightness in some spots would make things pop out a bit more and give the shapes more dimension.

I like very much the mysterious atmosphere, and the muted colours and slightly fuzzy, floating forms. These things create a dreamlike atmosphere which (given the title) fits very nicely.
The one area of improvement I would suggest is focal point. While the picture certainly has one (the glowing flower), it overwhelms everything else, and the people are barely distinguishable. Try picking out a few bright, sharp highlights on the upturned face near the flower, and some lesser highlights on the figures near the flower.
I'd also suggest brightening the flower-plant and scene objects as well, but that depends on what you wish to accomplish with the picture. More light would mean more detail for my eye to explore, but you may want that sharp single focus of the face and the plant.
Anyway, lovely work. It really does put across that feeling of half-reality in dreams.
