Anyone else excited for the Nitro Fueled release next Friday? I sure am!I remember spending hours and hours trying to unlock this guy in the original CTR, as well as CNK, for that matter. (He was my favorite character as a kid, so it's not like I could just NOT BOTHER TO.) I'm just assuming that his time trial races will be the same in the remaster. I look forward to taking on that challenge again!
By the way, did anyone ever beat all of the Oxide ghosts in the original? Because to be honest, I'm not sure I ever beat him on a single track.

Yes, agreed! I'm actually particularly looking forward to seeing what his cutscenes are like. (Papu Papu and Komodo Joe's too, for that matter.) Ripper Roo's new intro was shown off a while ago and it looks great, certainly much more intricate and creative than just sitting in his kart, talking at you...
